Hello to everyone just joined today.
My name is Dean Buffington & live in Mobile Al, 63 years young & been riding motorcycles all my life & currently own a 98 VALKYRIE for the last 6 years. I worked at Mack Trucks in Mobile for 30 years & just recently retired. I fish a lot & own a Norris Craft 20 foot bass boat with a 250xs on it but my passion is motorcycles. I'am looking as we speak for a new F6B orange or yellow would be great. It will be tough to let the Valk go but the F6B is a great bike. Looking forward to everyone's opinion & friendship.

Had a 99 Valkyrie Tour for 6 years myself..Great bike and really enjoyed the ride, but the F6B is a much nicer ride with more power, better wind protection, with an aftermarket shield, and handles a lot better to me...Plus, no 6 carbs to worry about and other issues as the Valk's are pretty out-dated these days....You will love the F6B as many of us do....Ride safe

Welcome, I also had Valkyrie's a 98 Tourer and a 99 I.S. Great bikes but after buying the F6B I didn't want to ride the Valkyrie any more so
I sold it. I didn't miss it but I think it's one of the best looking bike made.

.welcome20., Dean, from NC :039:. Quite a few previous Valk owners on here including me. As good as the Valk was, the B is better in every way .

Hey Valk,
I have no experience with the Valkyrie, but I can't say enough about the F6B. Find one, get one, I don't think you'll ever look back.

Welcome to the forum. Before buying my 15 f6b I had a 2007 Goldwing and a 1997 Valkyrie. I rode both bikes and liked them a lot. I traded the Goldwing in on the f6b. After 5 months of owning the f6b I found that I was forcing myself to ride the Valkyrie and even then I only rode it every couple of weeks. So as much as I loved the Valkyrie I sold it because I felt I wasn't using it enough. The f6b was everything I wanted in a bike and didn't have any shortcomings in my mind

Welcome!
I echo all the sentiments of the former Valk owners as well. Never thought I would find a bike that out did the Valk in nearly every way but the F6B did the trick! Liked the B so much we did it times two!
My wife & I had 3 Valkyries between us plus her Spirit 750.

Even tried a Triumph Rocket 3, but the attraction of the flat 6 was too strong!

The F6B will not disappoint you. Take that to the bank!

I have registered here as I like to think of myself as a near future f6b owner. It is nice to see a few guys close to me. Milton,Fl, Mobile, and Daphne,Al. I am in Loxley,Al. I can't get my self to buy new so finding a nice used one is a challenge here local. I guess some traveling is on order.
