That is impressive. Just shows that no matter how fast you think you are, there's always somebody that can make you look inept.. and on a Harley at that!
Hats off to him...

And he knows that road.

A seasoned rider no doubt and obviously knows that road...I am fairly sure the "crotch rocket" could easily smoke the HD, but it made a cute video....Never catch this old "fart" riding any bike like that....Those days are long gone!!!...Ride safe

Now that I think about it, the guy making the video's a pretty darn good rider too, being able to keep up with the Harley rider. Didn't see him falling back very often or very far. Accolades to him too.

Yep at 1:10 he gets loose and gathers it back up, that's impressive, then continues to charge hard, that's balls, with jeans a tee shirt and a skull cap, that's stupid.

In the interest of learning points:
1. Yes, this guy can ride - most probably has a lot of track time.
2. Yes, he knows that road very well.
3. The upper body technique he is using to keep the bike more upright so it doesn't scrape, catch, and flip him is taught at the ARC course.
4. The lower body technique is reserved for the track.
5. In all 50 states, "hanging off" a bike is illegal on public roads.

Cheers,
Steve

You are such a killjoy. Just enjoy it for what it is.:poke: Just for that me and Stro are gonna hang off the B at the rally and break some laws. I gotta talk to Stro first but I'm pretty sure he's in.

I hang off Isleen all the time - it's a fun technique to practice so if you ever need it, it's there. With the her ground clearance though, I've seldom had to use it if I just use the upper body shift.
Now Saorla? That's a different story altogether.....She has no lean angle whatsoever. I use upper and lower body shifting to keep her upright in twisties. Not as proficient as the rider in the video, but I'm not as young as he is either....lol.
