What are you guys using to reduce the file size of Mp4 video files? Should I also convert them to AVI or WMA? Got a video file i'm trying to post and it's either too large (125mb) or the wrong format (Mp4) but can't seem to do anything with it?

Try a goole search.
I use imovie and export from that.

The suggestion to post a link from youtube ^ is probably the best idea.
