Hello all,
I have been following this forum since the day "Miles" was struck by lightning on his "B"
This is by far the best forum I've been part of when it comes to information and truly helpful members. Phantom and the Moderators do a great job of keeping things running smoothly. Thank you!
I finally pulled the trigger on what I will be calling my "FrankenB" . It is a black (fastest color I must agree) 2014 spec 3 Goldwing converted to a F6B by Schroaders Honda.
While I LOVE the look of the B, coming from a 2002 VTX1800c I wanted all the bells and whistles of the full wing.
I actually went so far as to get ALL of the part numbers and costs needed to perform the conversion myself and was looking to make a Goldwing purchase when I came across this. I was really considering purchasing the 2012 blue and silver conversion for sale on the forum but it did not have all of the options I wanted.
I will be doing a "fly and buy" Friday and will post pictures then.
I'm already looking forward to next years rally and meeting many of you.
