I stopped riding 2 weeks ago because of cold and snow like most of us.
I put 9,800 miles on for the year.

A little over 5K on the B, a little over 5K on the RGU, a little over 1k on the FLT, and close to 2k on the FXEF. Hopefully add a few more miles to the B this week and next, roads are pretty well clear after the weekend snow, and it's supposed to be in the 40's.

Did 11,420 miles, on the B. However, also, ride another bike (dual-sport). But now, like BigHutch and JackB, The B is stored for winter. The ice ice getting strong now, on our lakes and rivers, almost time for the Dual- sport to chase or beat the snowmobiles. The B will cry, when the other bike goes out to play! Gotta do something in these cold-ass winter states.

I saw 2 snowmobiles running the river today it wasn't frozen a week or so ago. But we did have a few very cold nights.

Just got my b in July, I normally work every weekend so solo riding short trips is my norm just around 7500

Over 22,000 and that's including two partial winters. I haven't ridden in two or three weeks, and last winter I rode sporadically, only when able. I killed it during the year.

She's almost totally stock too...shield, Rivco pegs, and grip puppies were the only "comfort" adds. Perfect as is for me.

So far, running year round with warmer temps, doesn't necessarily equate to more riding.

JackB's question fired up a host of pleasurable memories. I rode well over 30,000 miles in 2016 thanks to a dream ride of 7 weeks and 17,000 miles. I was able to ride in some of the most beautiful areas of the U.S. - areas that I had never seen before. It's been a great riding year.

Ya, those guys are a little crazy. They run the rivers here, and zoom over the open water spots. Sounds like a cold way to die, if they don't make it. I will ride the lakes, but I wait until the ice is good and thick.

I stopped riding 2 weeks ago because of cold and snow like most of us.
I put 9,800 miles on for the year.

Now the bike has over 16000 miles so it was a good years ride for sure and even got 160 mile ride in the middle of November and that's almost unheard of in Michigan.

I put about 8,400 miles on my F6B this year which is way more than I ever put on my previous bike. Had 14,000 miles on the HD Sportster after 12 years before I traded it for the F6B. This bike is a lot more fun to ride.....:icon_biggrin:

First year, 20k kms, 2nd year, 10k kms and this year, only about 5k kms!! No real travelling buddy's this year, work travel, took up with a great gal and the fact I now have 3 bikes to split the riding... No complaints though. This summer we've got several long trips in the works, leading up to 2 months in Europe summer of 2018.

8,500...by far, the most seasonal miles ever. 7,800 went on the F6B; 500 on VStar; 200 on rental Indian.

I live in upstate NY, which typically equates to a 6-7 month riding season. This year was extended slightly due to a mild 15-16 winter and a warm 2016 fall.

I never thought I would ride 8,500 miles in one season. I hit 6,800 last year and thought that was an aberration. I've been doing more and more pleasure riding now that I have a comfortable touring bike with tunes.

I average about 10-15,000 miles a year across multiple bikes. Half of that tends to be touring, the rest just screwing around. Treads like this make me think the F6B just might right up my alley.'riding'
