Is a LED relay flasher needed if just replacing the front turn signal bulbs with SoCal LED 7443 if I leave the incandescent 7440 rear turns ?

yes, I think so.
Yes, definitely so.

Yes you do. When I put the clear Len with the switch back bulbs I was pressed for time and didn’t install the LED flasher. Man is it annoying when they blink that fast. I went in through the back of the dash for the flasher install. I’m on high blood pressure meds and Honda to cut costs didn’t hone the sharp edges off the stampings. Both hands looked like I lost the cat fight.
I replaced mine when doing the windshield upgrade, not an issue at all from the front, and I have Shrek hands. But yes, you need it. Super simple to replace.
Cock your bars all the way left. turn your signal on, listen & find the flasher with your R. hand. Go slow. Go in & out 3-4 times, feel everything, until you have a "good feel" for where it is. Pull the OEM flasher, try not to turn or twist it on the way out, note how the contact blades are facing. Holding the new LED flasher the same way, your hand knows the way in, insert your flasher & you're ready to go.
Mom taught me that when I was around 9-10yo.
I used this one,

Doesn’t create an artificial load so it still reduces the amp draw with LED over stock. Easy to install.
