Wow!
If only it was a Deluxe.
At 12,000 bucks, it's a great buy
It doesn't take much to turn it in a deluxe minus the automatic turn single's.
That's what my dealer did when I bought my 2013. He took Honda's $1,000 'bonus bucks' and installed the OEM backrest, heated grips, and center stand. Since he couldn't add the turn signals he installed the 12 volt power port instead. That's just as well as the self cancelling signals cancel too fast. It worked out great for me. Today there might be a problem be finding a backrest, but the other items could be added easily.
I just did basically this. Bought a leftover 2016 F6B, had the dealer add the centerstand. I had to find a passenger backrest on Ebay and paid a LOT for it, but they are getting pretty rare.
Since I live in Texas I haven't looked into the heated grips yet... Definitely intend on adding them in the cooler weather. You can get there (minus the turn signals) for less than the $1,000 difference a Deluxe costs.

I don’t like my auto turn signal canceler. They turn off too soon. I always have to put them on before I complete a turn, especially from a highway to an exit. I say it’s even dangerous. I don’t know what I can do about it, but it’s a thumbs down for me. My point...don’t let that stop you from a deluxe to a non deluxe.
The old forum had a turn signal delay mod posted by someone that reset the timer any time the brakes were applied therefore making them stay on for much longer. I don't need it as I do not have any problems with the signals as they are. Resetting them manually is not much trouble and seldom needed.
