I been using dyna beads in all my bikes since 2005. Never a problem. At speeds over 100mph, smooth as silk. 1oz in the front, 2oz in the rear.
+ 1 on that! :039: cueman
I have them and like the ease when changing tires. Is it worth the money between these and dyna beads, probably not but I like not having to add the beads at every tire change. Plus, if I have a flat on the road, don't have to worry about riding without any beads in till I got home. There not cheap but I would buy again if I had to.
I had been looking at them as well, have you gotten a noticeable difference in tire wear, and the ride?
Thanks.
I put a set of Centramatic balancers on the B a few months ago and have about 8,000 miles with them.
I did notice an immediate difference in the ride... the freeways I travel a lot smoothed out... seams and joints got smoother. It feels to me as though the wheels and tires don't hop (dance, bounce, skip ??) as much as previously with the stick on weights only. I suspect they produce a result very similar to the beads... which I've never used.
Yes, they're spendy... but there's zero issue when changing tires. I don't have anything to say about tire longevity at this point... I usually get 20k from a set of Bridgestones.
Overall, I'm happy with em.
I have them on my Wing and would buy them again. I pick up my B today (new to me 2015) and will order a set for it.
I don't have them yet on the F6B but I did install a set on our Spyder F3. They work well and we have good feedback on them.
