I installed Steve's backrest riser. What a great accessory! I wasn't thrilled with the exposed hex bolts. Ace Hardware had some 1/2 plastic tips that I trimmed to height for a more finished look.
Thanks Steve.

Looks like a trip to ACE for me today.
I have been bothered by this look.
The backrest is a "must have" to make a passenger happy.:icon_biggrin:
Went to ACE,got the tips and didn't cut them down.
I just popped them on and called it a day.:icon_biggrin:
Buddy looks fearrrrroshus!
Bought some miscellaneous goodies:
- Electrical Connection's relay controlled fuse block
- National Cycle's Quantum hand air deflectors
- Kury's trailer isolation relays and harness
- LED Running lights
Getting ready to:
- Connect the running/turn-hazard/brake lights on the tour pak
- Add Gerbing heated clothing controllers for rider and passenger
- Add LED running/turn/brake lights
All extra running/turn/stop lights will be wired through the trailer isolation relays.
Time to start peaking under the Tupperware.

Installed dark tint headlight cover. Looked ok, almost made the fairing front a little to dark, on the edge until I turned on the lights and could see the Velcro, like it was an Xray pic. They are now in that drawer were bad "6" ideas go.
A nudder coat of Liquid Glass. Paint looks almost perfect.
Taught a BRC2...
Totally frustrated the sportbike students how easily she handled in the "box" and the slow speed swerves....hehehehehe...
I stuck the key in the ignition and made it take me for a ride.
What did my F6B do to me today?
Put a smile on my face that you couldn't slap off!:icon_biggrin:
Hi Guys
Back on the bike again YAHOO !!!
Shoulder surgery a big success , now have full movement of my right arm again.
So went for a little 160 km ride just to see if it was ready to get back into it,
the verdict was "Hell Yeah" so now to start racking those K's up again.
Ride safe

Installed a set of Rivco Highway pegs and Rivco mounts. Very high quality as expected. I think the chrome adds a nice touch. Very adjustable. Got mine set up this way for now but will fiddle around and find the best spot for me.http://i987.photobucket.com/albums/a...psvnpynscr.jpg

Lowe's? Home Depot? I gotta do this...
You are so thoughtful. Sun was out and with all the rain we had this was a 10 on the sweat meter mod scale cutting the templates. I loved it. So missing a dry afternoon.
