Here is the deal about rain in FLA... if you don't go...it will not rain...if you go , it will rain...rain is inevitable in FLA... so you get wet...10 miles later no rain and you dry off...and so on..... Now today my bride and I road one way about 130 w/o rain gear even on the bike..I do own it but find it not worth owning as in the summer the rain feels pretty good!!! We did get a little wet on the top enroute to, but dry all the way back! Soooooo a little wet will not hurt ya.....ride on!
Hey John where are the pic's ??? We have about 20 people total...a good time was had by all !!!
RTE IV is in the planning stages... plan for Nov. 8th so Bob109 can come !!!
Had a great time , did get a little rain on the way to and back- but not too bad. Looking forward to the next RTE.
When I read that People didn't go because it was Raining, I just don't get it..If you ride a Motorcycle you are going to get wet, you will not Melt...I didn't make it to the RTE but the rain had nothing to do with it. I headed out Friday Morning in the Rain to Atlanta on the F6B. Rode all over Atlanta Saturday in the rain and Rode home today Sunday also in the rain. Rained 900 miles of the 1090 mile trip...It was a fantastic ride with my Brothers rain and all... I'm looking forward to the Nov. RTE rain or shine I plan on being there............Dickie
