I logged over 20,000 miles in my first year. The bike was one year old last Sunday.
44577 miles in 2 years. That's only 61 miles a day for 730 days.

20 months, 19k. Looks like I need to step up my game!
I think it would be more relevant to ask what's your average mileage per month. That evens the playing field for all of us who ride, and more importantly, how LONG we've had the bikes.
For example, if I have my bike for 12 months and have 12,000 miles, I average 1,000 miles a month.
If I bought my bike new, and immediately went on a long road trip, I may only have 8,000 miles, but that averages 4,000 miles per MONTH.
See my point?
So, me, I've had the Dragon Queen for 29 months. I have 32,000 miles on her.
That means I average 1,103 miles per MONTH. Still not gonna touch the guy who rides 4,000 miles per month, but you get my drift.
High mileage is one thing, but since we now have three years' worth of bikes, it becomes a moot point.
Now the retired teacher will go sit down and wait for any backlash from those who didn't pass math class. :th_sunbathe:
Just coming up on 1 year and 20,000 miles (@ 1,700 miles/month).
I can't wait to kill it this season and see what my average is. Since I had it to date through the winter, I'm at 860/month, and that looks like crap. It's actually a good number for us northerners.
Except now the Northerners who (for some unexplained reason) seem to enjoy several months without riding, are going to ask that we "normalize" their months to a riding season. I.e. the Michigan peeps are are going to not have to count Nov-Apr as "months of ownership" for averaging purposes....
Lol. :stirthepot:
I think your middle name is 'stir-the-pot'. It ain't gonna matter anyway cause in another year Teach will be over 100,000. She rides like 600 miles a day. Wonder who grades all her papers? Only time she stops is to go in that place where the Marines are. If she would hold still for a minute she might catch one.
18000 miles in 33 months-Lets see now you take the 18000 and divide by 33 and I think it's 545.4545454.At least that what my 20 tear old calculator says! And I come from the golden age of learnin readin, writin and rethmatic-taught to the tune of a hickory stick:moon:
Wish I could put in more miles but here in Northern Nevada it gets a little icy in the winter and I have other hobbies that take some time. When the wife is able to retire in 5 years we will be AZ bound for year round riding.
Well let's see. I just love these mileage things. I have 57,464 miles. I bought it in 2013 , that's 36 months. So I average about 1,596 a month.
got my F6B in march 2015 it had 30 miles on it it now has over 21k
Got my 2013 D at the tail end of Feb 2016. It came with 12,105 miles on it...now it has 19672, 7567 in two months and a few days...calling it 3570 per month thus far. Did a little math, my work week riding puts on approx 750 miles a month, the rest is all weekend runs. Saturdays see 6 to 10 hours in the seat, Sundays run 3 to 6 hours, more if I'm off on Monday. Last Saturdays trip to the "Three Sisters" down by Leakey, Texas was the longest day trip I've made, ended up being 682 miles over 13 hours. Even got tagged by txmotofoto on 337 on my way in to town. I doubt it'll get much higher than this per month for my riding though.
Tagged riding Tx 337 on the way in to Leakey 04-23.

Some of you are crazy with the miles. 2015 was my best riding season so far in a short career of motorcycling.
6,800 miles from 4/2/15 - 12/24/15. That's about 800 miles per month. I thought that was a lot. I do put another 2500 miles or so on my snowmobiles most winters (not 15-16). I have about 550 miles so far this year.
60,004 miles over the span of 21 months.
That's a little over 2,857 miles per month.
I just turned 16000 in just over a year. I thought I rode a lot of miles but no you guys all make me look bad. I guess it is because i have to work that gets in the way.
