I'm an electrician myself but I'm going to say it works on FM...the second letter stands for Magic. :stirthepot: :stirthepot:
Btw, I have these LEDs myself and they are every bit as advertised. Thanks much, Davidk!

Thank you for the explanations. So basically, the precision of the internal semiconductor manufacturing tolerances is what reduces the timing variations between LED flashes to imperceptible levels. I think I can handle zero wiring, so I just ordered a set. Many thanks to Davidk for introducing this product.
I removed the two 10mm nuts inside the bags, and ... the light bar didn't even move! So I looked up the 2013 parts view, and sure enough, my "combination light" has 4 nuts instead of 2 (see part #18 in attachment). The other 2 nuts are not easily accessible -- not sure how to reach them and how much plastic I'll have to take out. But I suspect it will take more than 5 mins! :icon_frown:

I only see 4 total #18 nuts in the pic you attached. There are 2 in each bag. Where are the others you are talking about?
only four nuts hold the taillight in place.

Are you guys looking at a GL or F6 tail light ? I am thinking there are only two acorn nuts that are removed...
Yep, only 4 for mine as well.
The original dude video. 4 nuts.

These are the knats ass, I put these in when it was first posted. The price is right for the safety you get.
ordered these on Amazon $18.00 for the 2 and best money spent yet. Easy install and great results
For a reminder, just think of male Siamese twins......
loydmoore1,
I don't see these on Amazon?

I will check when I get home. Ebay is blocked here at work.
Thank you, Steve
Got mine installed last week. I have a lot more sense of well being with the flashing. I've caught myself giving a few extra taps of the levers just for giggles for the tailgaters. Easy install, under 10 mins.
I had seen this post in the past ad couldn't find it again. Thanks for those who added but I do have a question...
On the web page they have this
(LED Light Load Resistor Kit - LED Turn Signal Hyper Flash & Warning Fix
Option: 50W LED Load Resistor kit)
https://www.superbrightleds.com/more...g-fix/190/831/
as a extra addition to the bulbs. Is it necessary to purchase this so the circuit "acts" correctly?
Received mine last week and installed this week. Very pleased with the result. Thanks David for the info on these.
Oh yeah...the install took a bit longer cause of course, why ask for directions? :icon_doh: I think it took all of a 1/2 hr guessing which bolts..
Easy install, to bad one doesn't work, now to get a hold of them and get one before I leave for Sturgis.
I forget how that bulb goes. Push in? Try spinning that bulb 180 degrees. LEDs are of course polarity sensitive. Even those these bulbs have their own circuit a 180 spin may work.
Very good.
great addition, and awesome instructions, thanks
These bulbs will b a great addition but what I really like is his string setup in the video. 👍🏼
So, my question is... If you already have the brake light modulater installed, how many times would they flash?
I have LED brake/running lights, with the back off modulater installed to flash 3 times then go solid. Would they flash 6 times and go solid?
Stro,
Once you find Hoffa, you could come to the PNW and look for DB Cooper. Heck they might know the awnser. Got the lights on the way!
They flash three times at using the running light, then flash 3 times at super bright. It will not let me submit the video.
It will get attention.
got these the other day and installed and they are awesome
Is this the actual bulb number that I need to order?
I went to the website and found no listing for my 2013 F6B. I got the listing below from a post on the forum but want to make sure it is the one. Thanks.
