New guy on the forum.
:039: I'm new to this forum but not new to Honda or bikes in general. Like many I started with a Honda Z 50 in the early 70s and spent the next 40 plus years on dirt bikes and dual sport bikes using the roads to get to the woods.
In 2005 I found I didn't bounce as well as I used to and stopped riding off road and just stayed on the road with a couple of KLR 650's. They were fine for a couple hundred miles a day but no more than that for me.
Enter the 1300 VTX for 47,000 miles. It was great fun but......I always wanted the flat six.
Traded the VTX for a 99 Valkyrie Interstate and fell in love again. Joined the VRCC and learned a lot. Met some great people on that forum.
53,000 miles, 4 or 5 Inzanes ( some of you will know what those are ) and 9 years later I sold the Valkyrie and picked up a 2013 F6B from a great guy in Plant City, Fl.
I'm really looking forward to getting to know this bike. Put about 250 miles on it Sunday and Monday and the smile is still stuck there.
Looking to learn a lot from all of you who got on the Wing long before I did.

From one new guy to another, WELCOME! I've found the past posts and help from others in here to be beneficial beyond what I can describe when it comes to my beloved F6B.
To many safe miles on your beautiful machine!
