Amen bro...ride in the winter? I just had a birthday, a I am a year wiser now. I quit riding when the temp is below +35f degree's.
Black ice is a killer (two wheels). We have lots of it in the rural area where I live.
For those of you who have not heard of black ice. It typically forms at stopping areas (lights, signs and rush hour traffic) when the vehicle exhaust hits the cold pavement and freezes, and you cannot see it until you are on it...sliding

I’m in Brooklyn Center. I ride with the West Bank Motorcycle Club, all brand club. We have a guy with a Black F6B and he has a friend that rides a F6B that comes along on occasion. My bike goes nighty night when the salt shakers come out.
Good friend of mine, in Plymouth, just picked up a blue 2015 deluxe, from a private owner in Michigan. Only 6200 miles, and lots of "stuff" already on it. I'll get him to join the Forum.
