We have a new set of the Kuryakyn Handlebar Risers / Setbacks, Honda GL 1800 Gold Wing & F6B that came without the smaller spacers.
This set will only work for Configuration 1: Moves the bars back toward the rider 1 1/4”, up 3/4”, and in toward the center of the bike 1”. This is the most popular configuration, which almost everyone uses.
