BrakeFree The Smart Brake Light for Motorcycles

This won't be available till April 2018 but I pre-ordered mine. No wires or apps with an 8 hour battery life. Accelerometer and gyroscope sensors detects braking, downshifting and more. My theory is whatever makes you more visible and it only weighs 6 ounces.

This thing really caught my eye, the great part is no wires or apps it just works and weighing 6 ounces with the battery it's not dragging on your head. The whole site has some really ingenious stuff for sale - great bathroom read.

Looks interesting, but I have been screwed over too many time on these prepaid deals. I will wait for when/if it actually hits the market.

    Been available for quite awhile

Wireless brake lights mounted on helmets actually have been around for quite awhile now. I used to use one similar to this; several years ago, had them on a couple of helmets:

Do a search for motorcycle helmet brake light systems:

Not as slick as a lighted unit, but also effective in being seen. When you turn your head it shows an arrow for that direction. A friend has this and it really shows up when headlights reflect off it.

I've taken those adhesive DOT reflective strips (white/red) that you see on tractor trailers; and cut out pieces and affixed them to my helmet. But I like those that you posted above... I wonder how well those decals you posted will conform to some of the bends and rises in the back of other helmets (unlike the one that is pictured)?
