Received my SM today 7/26/13...ordered last Saturday, shipped as promised Monday in a USPS Priority Mailer. Can't ask for much better service from Phantom6B's Service-Shop-Repair-Manual link above.
Order mine the other day too. I even put in the wrong zip.sent email to vendor, did not see a response saying it was changed, but I did get one saying it shipped. The zip was corrected on the package and it arrived sooner than expected.

Ordered a service manual from my local dealer; $79.99 + $3 shipping.
I was told they print them up in Georgia.
I also ordered the Deluxe Saddlebag Liners Part # 0SL56-MJG-200 for $80.
I bought my manual when I purchased the bike 2 weeks ago. It finally came in yesterday and I picked it up today. It was $89.95.

I actually bought mine before I purchased the F6B to determine whether I could live with the Honda. Having been an HD rider for the past 40 years it was a big step for me.
Looking back the F6B purchase was one of the best moves of my life. Every time I ride (every day) it never fails to put a smile on my face.
