    Outside Air temp reading --

On a new to me 2015, the Outside Air only reads --
The switch is obviously working and I believe it will read -- when below or above extreme temperatures. The bike is in a heated garage at 65 deg.

Any one have an idea where the sensor is. Maybe it is just unplugged.

The right inner fairing has to come off to get access to the sensor and the front fairing to inspect the sensor line. You can check the sensor with an OHM meter for resistance to verify if it is good. If not go to the line.

It is located right rear of front fairing with the top shelter removed.

How many miles? If a lot, then the air filter may have been changed. I unplugged a lot of things when I changed my filter.

It only has 5500 miles. BUT I can tell someone has been in and around the dash so an unplugged connector is what I'm thinking.

Not an easy task but after removing the right inner fairing I was able to reach up in there and plug the sensor back in. All is good now.

you are talking about the air temp, not the engine temp? On mine I push the "info" button. Kind of scary when it reads 112
