Then go with GIVI or SHAD for easy removal. Get the rack from Dale or the rack with GIVI hardware for the F6B from Twisted Throttle. SHAD sells a rack for their trunk that will attach with 4 bolts to a flat rack and it detaches like the GIVI. Don't know of any others for quick and easy removal.

Waldron has it, I added a chopped tour pack to mine.
I can remove it with four bolts, but then I have to add my rack

I purchased the GIVI hardware and the Twisted Throttle rack for the f6b. The instructions say to remove the OEM brackets, taking off the plastic on the tail end if replacing the existing rack. The holes line up with the OEM brackets and the Twisted Throttle rack. Is it necessary to replace the brackets? I am not sure how to get the plastic tail piece off. Since the holes line up and there are spacers, I'm not sure why the brackets need replacing. Thanks in advance.

Edit: I have discovered that the bolts on the Twisted Throttle rack will not fit with the OEM brackets, as the diameter is smaller. Now I have to figure out how to take off the plastic in the back. Off to youtube. So I can't find out how to remove the plastic below the luggage rack. Anyone have instructions on how to do this?

GIVI topcase/trunk. attaches to standard luggage rack. On and off easy with the same key that locks the trunk.TS-1.JPG
