If you have an air compressor available, start one end of the foam grip on the bars, place an air nozzle between the grip and the foam grip and apply air while pulling the grip on

Should take about 2 mins to install both sides, removal is much faster

I have not noticed any difference in temperature with the heated grips

I just ordered a fresh set of the shingrips, to replace the 2 year old ones I have. This will be my 3rd set.
