The only Deluxe is the white one the mat silvers are all standards. White is like yellow, takes a certain type of buyer. The standards again take a certain type of buyer regardless of model year.

Even the gl1800b DTC is a good deal. I bought my 2013 from them. They sell a lot of bikes.
Last year in march I had to wait in line to get my paper work done. Took 2 hours that day.
It was 45* out and the place was busy!
