Welcome aboard. As for modifications, lots of guys here have spent a lot of money. Some of us haven't changed a thing, and wouldn't. Windshield, seat, bars, pegs - all perfect for me. Don't assume something needs "upgrading" before you have some time to decide...... my 2 cents.

And guys, remember, in North Cacalacky we have a couple of 50 to 60 deg days each month all winter long. Most years my longest stretch I park my bike is 4 or 5 weeks .....
