If you are planning to ride the Beartooth Highway, which I highly recommend, it may not open until late June. If you do stay at Wheels of Wonderment Campground Pete, the owner, leads rides on the Beartooth Highway once a week and is very knowledgeable about the route.

Have a great time and I enjoyed talking to you in Cortez.

Thanks Steve and Dwight for your help. I may go to Glacier Nat'l Park while I'm that close I've heard its beautiful. I talked to Pete on the phone and found out a lot about sights and road openings and about his campsites. He was very helpful and suggested waiting until after the middle of May before traveling in that area..
