Daytona, anyone?

The good news is my bike is ready to go.
Fresh oil/final drive change, 19" Slipstream windshield, back rest and luggage rack installed.

Bad news is the weather forecast. For the time I have available I can't get out of NC or get back without 2 days of rain each way.
I've encountered this situation on two other Daytona trips and I'm not looking forward the prospects of doing it again. Nothing more to prove or gain by riding in a cold downpour for 8-10 hours. May opt to jump in the cage for a quick round trip Sunday-Wednesday

What a great time for two friends!
Steve joined me and we had a blast at supper then going to Main Street to people watch.
