    Valkyrie Rally in New Mexico

I know many of us on this board have also owned Valkyries. The Valkyrie guys (VRCC) are holding their annual 'Inzane' rally in Taos next week. Is anyone planning to attend?

Gave up on the Valkyrie and the rally's back in 2009 when I bought my Victory Tour...Still miss the old Valk at times, but no one around here would, or knew, how to work on the carbs etc......Hope that those who go enjoy the ride and the rally....Regards..

    I will be there.
Have made some very good friends there.
Always had great time no matter what bike I had.

I need to work today but plan to head there tomorrow. It's only about 5 hours from here. I look forward to seeing you!

    Pics from the Taos Rally

Here are a few pictures from the Valkyrie 'Inzane' rally in Taos. I saw quite a few F6Bs there. As many of us know, the VRCC puts on a great event.

Here is a block party at the plaza in the center of Taos. We had a police escort and all parking was reserved for rally attendees. What a great location!

I'd always heard about the Rio Grande Gorge and was glad to finally get a chance to see it. It's spectacular. I read that it's the 6th highest bridge in the USA.

    Hey, that's not a Valkyrie!

One of the final events is a bike show. It proves how timeless a design the Valkyrie is. After 20 years it's hard to find a better looking motorcycle.

I regretted not going with Joe this year, with every picture Smokin' Joe would post on FB. I took a vacation with Patti in April, and the trip would've ate up my remaining vacation time. Plus this is our busy busy time of year. Hindsight, though should've gone.
