Uh...no, not really. It could be a RTE Grande. Show up, or don't show up.

We had a lot of people last time that said they were interested and were coming but did not show, so the numbers at the actual get together were a lot lower.
Precisely why organizing, while with good intentions, doesn't work. IMO

    My interest is piqued

What does the B stand for? B-Courteous. B-Safe. B-Seen.....B-CNU on the road!

I would be very interested in seeing more of Colorado. Did the trip last year and enjoyed it. As long as life deals the cards in favor of going I will be there.

I'm a Florida school teacher so I could only attend if this took place in June, July, or early August. If so barring some kind of emergency I would be there! Rode a full wing from here to Vegas and spent a few days in Colorado and loved it! I too like the idea of a less organized get together, just meet a few people and ride some great roads.

*When you admit your a teacher and make typing mistakes you have to do an edit. Lol!

I am definitely up for such a gathering. Anywhere in the west is good for me. I like the idea of just getting together without a lot of structure. Show up, socialise and ride if you want.

    Thanks Jeff for suggesting it

I'm all for a west ride. June? Last time I rode The Bighorns, Bear tooth pass, the Bitterroot ranges, was week 2 and 3 in June. Yup, snow and sleet on every pass I crossed. I think that is common for June. Still had the snowplows going. I pick July or August, hoping for better road surfaces. Not so fun riding in snow, with 1000 yard + drop-offs next to you, and no guard rails.

I would be up for Wyoming, Montana and South Dakota area. Maybe a couple of nights in Cody, Wyoming and a couple of nights in Rapid City, South Dakota area. That would enable us to ride in two great areas that are close together.

As I said in an earlier reply I am up for anything in the west. There are a lot of good riding areas in the Rockies and coastal mountain areas and I am sure there are some owners in those areas that would be able show us great rides that are not well known. I also agree August is probably the best time in the northern Rockies or even the Pacific northwest.

Lets get together and put something together.

It's still open. members can still vote. I believe that there is a "Vbulletin default" expiration after 30 days. I could be wrong.

Successful people build each other up. They motivate, inspire and push each other. Unsuccessful people just hate, blame and complain.

I'm sure I'm not the only one with Butler Maps but, Idaho Springs, to the East, of Frisco is the center of five of Butlers yellow "best" roads and the highest concentration of red "better" and orange "good" roads in Colorado.
