I had a '16 Chief. Like most V Twins I found it very top heavy, & the rear cylinder was cooking my ass hot. I sold it as soon as I test rode a F6B. I had a 2005 Yamaha 1700 Road Star (V Twin) it was not top heavy or hot. In city traffic I could feel a little heat on my right foot, at highway speed nice cool ride. Best V Twin I've ever owned.

For me, that Indian is not my cup of tea... I think the nicest looking is the Springfield. But there again, just like with all the other twins out there.., too many shortcomings compared to the Goldwing line. In a few years I’ll be able to justify replacing the “B” with a new bike, it will be a new Goldwing DCT. Just not sure which model I’ll end up with.....

I rode the challenger yesterday. I was very impressed with the power, smoothness of the motor. the chassis very responsive. brakes very strong. the only complaint I have is the lack of clutch lever feel.

I think I recognise the speakers. Did the Rolling Stones use them at one of their gigs?

If you're not a V-Twin guy but desire a Harley then......

    Honda-Davidson maybe ???

Successful people build each other up. They motivate, inspire and push each other. Unsuccessful people just hate, blame and complain.

I owned a new 2016 Chief, I found it very hot (rear cylinder) & it did NOT handle well, way to top heavy. While at a local Honda dealer picking up a throttle rocker, I was looking a the "B" when a young salesman ask if I wanted a test ride? Silly question....... why hell YES!! After about 2-3 miles of the 20 miles ride, I knew I had to have one. Couldn't make a deal with the dealer. I did find a well farkled 2013 black one on this forum w/ only 12k on the clock. We made the deal, I sold the Indian w/ 600 miles, only lost about $1k...............I'm a happy rider!
