As native Floridians, We have not been in decades. Too much stop and go, Too many RUBS, too many people on the streets, Too many people in the bars and eating places, and too many Hardly Ablesons. Meet ups away from Daytona are always better anyway.Originally Posted by Shadowaero

Agreed! leave in Palm Coast and I try to stay as far away as possible from Daytona during bike week. Besides, there way to many Harley people down there and haven't seen many F6B's unless you go around the state, anyway, too crowded for my taste.
Some of us usally meet at B.J's restaurant on the first Friday, March 6th for late lunch/dinner.... let me know what everyones plans are. I will meet you!!!

Big fan of the first friday before it gets crazy
When I was still riding FJR1300s we would have a meet somewhere away from Daytona one of the smaller towns near the coast, like Ponce Inlet or New Smyrna Beach.

Yeah those are nice places although they can get pretty crowded as well.
If any body is up for the first Friday of bike week chime in.
