Your quite right. I don't check mine, as often as I should, either. But there are Gremlins out there, just waiting to screw with us. I change the oil at least 3 times a summer, in the short riding season of the north, so I do have eyes on it.Originally Posted by 2wheelsforme

No you are not. I change the oil and dont touch it again until the next change, I do park it in the same spot and always do a walk around to see if there is any thing amiss,
