Have an MP3 Rack and want to mount a GIVI V56 topcase

Does anyone have such a setup?

How did you go about installing the GIVI adaptor bits on an MP3 rack, is there a template?
I was hoping the SW-MOTECH Steel-Rack Adapter Kit for GIVI Monokey Topcase sold by Twisted Throttle for their rack would have the parts necessary to do the job. If there is a better way please let me know.

This all came up because I recently did a 2,000 mile trip and would have liked to bring an extra jacket but just didn't have the room. I have another long trip in the fall and will definitely need some space for colder weather clothing (for on/off the bike-I can leave the swimsuit at home but that does free up much room). I browsed the GIVI web page and like the idea of the big case. I figure I might as well go very big or stay home. It will not be used to carry much weight, mostly to carry my spare jacket, rain gear and some other light stuff.

Thanks in advance for the help/advice.

I used this rack with the GIVI case and it was great.

I have a Givi setup on my 2013 Black. I drilled holes in the givi mounting plate to match the bolt pattern on the OEM rack.
Make sure you set it back far enough to leave room for a passenger.
Also found wires under the seat for the tail lights and a 12v plug inside.
I had to get longer spacers to make clearance to get the seat off.

I had decided to go with the Givi case in the first place. I decided that the bags would be enough. So I bought a Honda backrest. Then I decided I should get the mp3 rack. Then I put a bag on it.

I want to try and keep the expense down by mounting the Givi adaptor to the mp3 rack. In the end I can try to sell the mp3 rack and the backrest to offset the costs.

in case anyone else is looking to do something like this I found this video on Youtube:
    https://youtu.be/r1NtGO2oHsk?t=71

F6B, Honda passenger backrest, MP3 rack. Uses the GIVI E251 universal adaptor plate with the GIVI V56 topbox.
I am trying to pick up both pieces second hand to save a couple of hundred bucks.
