Someone made some very nice racks for the Valkyrie bags. However those bags had lids that open at the top, unlike the GL1800.

Can't say I have ever seen any for the F6B. I have a buddy with a Kawasaki and there are some accessories that look great.

Surely you know about the Show Chrome Luggage Rack for the F6B. I'd say it's the widest luggage rack available and it may be what you saw with a sleeping bag on it. Site says...This rack is a generous 18-¾” x 12” (approximately 6-½” wider and 2” longer than OEM)
