    You're going to want to protect that alternator from inclement weather. It may sound ghetto, but see if you can get a piece of plastic; cut to fit over that opening, and then duct tape it to the frame.

    I will see if there is a Honda Dealer here near Clinton, Ohio, if there isn't, ghetto or not I'll definitely cover that alternator.

    FYI, for those who might encounter this in the future, take a tiny narrow zip tie and secure those grommet's positions, all of them, and yes it will still work, but you won't end up losing that grommet position.

    Tax that sucks, hope you find a solution, all the best to you.

    Also, if you apply silicone grease to the grommets, the attaching prongs will slide in easier and there will be less propensity of the grommets to be pushed off.
