If you are a customer I'm pretty sure you know but for others reading that are not aware; if you are in the area and want a nice destination ride some day go to Iron Horse M/C in Monroe, NC and visit the back room. The owner has been collecting vintage M/C's for a long time and has several on display. Nothing fancy but Indians, Panheads, Knucks, Exclesior 4, Flying Merkel, Ner-a-car, etc. It's not "Wheels Through Time" but cool for a quick stop. Another good one in the area is American Classic M/C in Asheboro, NC and they have a diner too!
great post! how far is Monroe from Wilmington? We have been to "Wheels through time" and really enjoyed the visit. Dale and Matt are outstanding hosts. Also, one of our riding clubs has a New Year's Day ride to Asheboro. Was wondering if there are any other f6b riders in the Wilmington NC area? Lots of GLs but haven't seen another f6b. If so would like to compare notes on rides and other info. thanks, ncf6b
