Upper Peninsula Ride

I rode up to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan recently with the Valkyrie group, and I had a great time.
You really can't beat the F6b for the ride, it gave me no problems and rode great. I did order some parts for maintenance... new from springs from Progressive for the forks, the All Balls bearings for the neck, front fork seals, and an air filter...already have the oil change stuff. But now I need to find a good mechanic to handle it all for me...except the oil change, I CAN do that LOL.
We had great weather the whole trip, couldn't ask for better.
I did buy a Time Out camper to pull behind the bike last month, haven't taken it on any trips yet, but I did set it up in my yard. I really like the idea of using the camper instead of a hotel when I finally get the chance to take a couple of weeks to ride out west or somewhere, but that will have to wait for a bit, taking care of my 87 year old Mom.

Great to hear from you Rick it’s been a few years.
I couldn’t go to the UP ride this year (family first)
Maybe next year unless your riding in Wis let me know.

Jack, it has been a minute...it was a small crowd this year because GIG cancelled it at the last minute {family emergency}

The U.P. is a good ride. I rode to Copper Harbor 3 weeks ago. I also had great weather. I went solo, as my local cycle buds couldn't get away.
