    I had to do it...

    This is what I spent part of my day doing. I know lots of 6 owners love the blacked out look, but I needed mine to shine just a bit more. I really like my new look. Sorry for the poor lighting.Attachment 4934

    Did you trade someone rims, have 'em laying around, or?

    Thank you! Phantom's photo gave me the idea... I'm glad he shared.

    I still have my stock rims - I may consider putting them on the board after I move them around the garage a few times.

    I'm glad someone mentioned rims. I thought you spent all day installing those transmission covers.

    Now that you mention transmission covers... Does anyone else find have a hard time with those little rubber buttons on the upper front corner of the covers?

    Mine pop off everytime I take the cover off. Bike looks great!

    I thought I was the only one that couldn't make those things stay on..........I think I will silicone them on to the transmission cover.
