This is the only Wing of three I have owned that the lids work properly. On my two previous wings, they always stuck when opening. The ones on the F6B work perfectly. I never have to slam them shut and they open perfectly every time.

I hold the passenger grab rails for leverage and press the lid with my knees steadily until I hear the last click. I would never manhandle anything on a motorcycle, especially anything plastic.

I usually lay on my back facing the saddlebag and use my feet to close them. A nice gentle but firm push just to make sure the latch catches. This is only if it isn't raining out.

Decals located inside the saddlebags at the time of purchase. Sales staff put mine on for me. Maybe yours didn't?
