I am lloking for a way to tie things down on the rear seat. I see Wingstuff sells a bracket that attaches where the seat bolts are but I understand they don't fit the F6B. Anyone know of anything else?

Former owner of a 99 Valkyrie for 15 years.
They do fit, I bought a set, works great for bungee cords and ROK straps.
I ordered part number WSBASBCOMBO.
Show Chrome Accessories 52-802 Bungee Seat Tie-Down also work if you need larger holes for your straps.

Just use soft ties!
I got some soft ties from AEROSTITCH....they work great
I just made some loops out of 1/4" bungee cord that I loop around the seat rail and hook bungees in the loop when connecting bags or whatever. When not in use they stay in the same zip lock bag as the bungees in the saddle bag. They fit neatly in the rear most points of the saddle bag tucked out of the way...........Dickie
