Thanks all for your replies. Looks like, so far, it's pretty close: 9 votes flex, 7 votes velcro. Ask your buddies to reply to this thread so we can get a better idea? Either way, we've jotted your responses down (yes even your beanie, naga viper) and they'll definitely help make a decision.

I think the ball cap should have both Velcro and the flex for
a skosh more room for our swollen heads and then we Velcro off and on the bill.
