    Yes to fog lights

I too was hesitant about the fog lights...I mean really...$500? Well...I did have $1,000 to spend in free accessories...and I was taking what seemed forever to select what I wanted. Even my salesman said the fog lights are a must on Goldwings. Here's my assessment after testing them out last night. Wow!! It is sure brighter...they sure do give off a lot of light, which is GREAT!!! Cause the stock low beam headlights are very dim so I'm constantly riding with my high beams on. I just ordered a HID kit for my low beams...so I'm sure I'll be lighting up the entire road in no time. The other advantage of having the fog lights is, the cars from the side can see you a bit more at night because the fog lights light up your front wheel. Having a black bike...cars tend to not see me as well. I mean just yesterday, as I pulled into the dealer's parking lot to pick up my accessories and have the fog lights installed, a lady in a truck rear ends me as she was backing out of her parking stall. I mean really? I just bought the bike last week. Well...we checked for damages and there was only a little scuff mark and two small scratches. The dealer did their best to take care of me by removing the scuff marks and applying touch up paint on the small scratches. People would not know if it's there unless they were looking for it.

Was looking on Honda's website for the OEM led foglights and found 2 different part numbers. 08V31-MCA-100E for the 2013 model and 08V70-MCA-S40 for 2014. I have the 2013 and wondering if anyone knows the difference between the two parts? Is there something different on the 2014 F6B ?

I will be installing my fogs light soon but before I start, How do you wire them so they stay on with the high beam on ?

Plug the left and right lights into the provided connectors (behind the lower cowl) and install an on/off switch in the area provided in the left-side panel. For more detailed instructions, read here:

With this setup, you can turn the fogs on or off independent of the hi-beams.

I did not use any fillers. Only another goldwing owner would ever notice. And that is being nit-picky. Besides, did you see the price of those things?

I noticed that the Honda lights are round but the cut outs are square. Did I get the right ones?
