I think it should be limited to bikes that are actually available for sale in the US. In other words, the R1200RT should have been pulled from consideration after the "no ride" order was given. It seems they would have had enough time before going to press to give the "sport tourer" title to the runner up.

At the very least, they should have mentioned the recall in the article. It really make be wonder how much weight they give to how much money BMW shells out for ads.

The rest of the list, while not what I would pick, I can see the logic for each of them getting the "best bike" title.

When did an S1000 become a standard? I think these editors are on drugs.

Their top ten are lousy choices.
No mention of the 'Rushmore' Harley Davidson bikes, the F6B or Goldwing. The only one I'd be interested in is the Indian, as for the rest none of them are appealing to me. I often wonder how many of the articles involve dollars. Let U.S. riders give their top ten choices.

The CW boys live in a dream world. Half those bikes need a full time pit crew to keep them running. They are out of touch with reality. You just know that there is some Hoity-Toity European sitting over there reading that article saying 'Yeah Man', they're spot on!
