There are probably a lot of things folks do to their F6Bs that may not warrant a whole new topic. This thread is a place to post such things.
Added the Riderscan mirror. Made and shipped from the UK. I think I'm going to like this new farkle.

...doubles as a vanity mirror...you can remain in the seat, remove your helmet, shake your mane and ensure your "Fabio" is good to go before leaving the saddle.

Installed SoCal Moto Gear switchback lights and rear LED's. They are much brighter than stock. Very pleased with end result.

    Installed a Kury fork brace.

It was an easy job, but the instructions on final adjustment were certainly not written by any technical writer.
The instructions said to make sure the spacing between the outer side clamps and the inner brace were equidistant (my word).

What they neglected to say was make sure the spacing between the outer side clamps and the inner brace were equidistant both on the front and rear of both clamps. Someone could install the side clamps out of square if they followed Kury's instructions.

After installation I wasn't happy with the amount of the fork slider exposed to the elements and bugs. The Kury brace's fork shield doesn't extend as high up the fork sliders as did the factory plastic fork shield.
I installed a set of these. I had a set on my previous bike and they worked great at keeping dried bug guts and road muck from getting into the fork seals and cutting the seals:

Not today, but last weekend my son and I rode our motorcycles to a campground located in Winona, MN along the Mississippi river. It was my first motorcycle camping trip in over 25 years and my son's first one ever.

Great father and son experience - invaluable and memorable for years to come.

Is that a Versys 300 or a DLR 650? How does he like it? Good for road riding?
