It's the pipes! I could hear the difference 2 seconds after I started it for the first time after changing out mine. To be honest, I liked the sparkle that the chrome pipes gave to the look of my yellow bike, but I really love the new exhaust note and the little bit more sinister look the black pipes contribute.

I put a Madstad 15 inch windshield system on my F6 last fall and just called and ordered a replacement 11 inch front section for better vision and air flow when it's warm out. Also added Helibars this winter and can't wait to try them out!!

Did the first oil change, 2,900 miles. Finally installed the center stand I've had for a few months. Now ready to ride....after the snow and rain decides to let up.
The spring was a bit of a challenge. Used a brake tool and it took a few tries, but finally caught. The toughest part of the morning was putting the side cover back on after filling the oil!
The oil change was such a breeze after my last bike.
This getting old stuff is for the birds. Not as nimble as I used to be.

I really didn't like how the plastic chrome colored "F6B" emblem looked on the side panels. I had tried to plasti-dip them black, but couldn't get it to look good. So I peeled the plasti-dip off, removed the emblems from the side covers. I then went to Ace Hardware and picked up some nylon nuts & bolts, along with black bolt covers, and put them where the holes for the F6B emblem was. Looks different, cost a whopping $4.00 or so, but I like it.

I have the same 2016 F6B in White Pearl Denim. My buddies said she looked like a white whale. I had to go along with the joke, so I named her, Moby Dick, and put the name on the rear panel next to the saddlebag key hole.

Tell your buddies to get their eyes checked out. It looks more like a Killer whale.

I do the looks of the white F6b myself. If they were selling that in 2015 when I bought mine... that is the color I would have picked.
