Installed a 13" Cee Bailey's clear windshield. Had to replace the 11" Cee Bailey's since the wind was hitting the top of my helmet and causing turbulence. I'm 5-8 and have the stock seat. Initial impressions are very good. Seems the wind is now over the helmet and the radio is clearer. Full test tomorrow at highway speeds. Will sell the 11" shield if anyone is looking for one.

New Bridgestone OEM rear tire (18k miles). Laid the big girl on her side to do the deed. Worked like a charm.

Dug down to the air box to kill the "check engine" light... intake air temp sensor came unplugged.

    She all better now.

Added some LED running lights and swapped out the passenger pegs out for some GW floorboards for the wifey.

I finally decided to procure and install the OEM analog voltmeter in the right side of the fairing. The red back light is nice, and I wish I could change all of my gauges to being back lighted with red; instead of white. Would look good at night.

I already had a LED voltmeter installed on the radio control console... but was still yearning for the analog gauge (it just seems to match the rest of the instrumentation better).

I do like the OEM analog gauge due to it's real time feedback, as opposed to the LED one. When I have my Headlight Modulator running, you can see the needle fluctuate very slightly in tandem with the modulation. Other fluctuation is visible as well depending on what you're switching on and off.

I'm probably going to leave the LED voltage meter installed for now... just for the coolness factor with the different colored LED's and the way it dims in low light and increases in intensity during bright.

I'm getting ready to install the MPL handlebar extensions next... think it'll happen today due to the rain

ATGATT. Missed a deer in a corner. Ended up going wide. Was on the crash bar when the wheels hit the shoulder. Rear end came around , back on to the road sliding. Bike was sliding completely side ways. Decided it was time to get off before it high sides. High side it did. The B ended up almost up side down in the opposite ditch. We put 2 arm fulls of plastic on the flat bed. The gear did its job. Riding pant on left side are shredded. Luckily I had the liner in the mesh pants. Walked a way with no injures.
