    Tire Mileage

What kind of tire mileage can I expect from the OEM tires?

    Thanks,
    Barry

If you ride conservatively and keep tire pressure at 40 psi you may see 6/7k miles from the rear Stone. Your front Stone should deliver between 12/15k miles and that depends on keeping the pressure at 39/40 psi. If you run the recommended 36 psi on the front you can expect serious "cupping" at approximately 3k miles. Once it starts it's there to stay Where and how you ride will have a major impact on tire wear

I've got over 10k on my tires and I do not ride conservatively, I have plenty of life left on both tires. I'd guess I'll get 15K out of them.

In the post above I stated I already have over 10K with plenty of life left, where are your numbers coming from? I curious to hear how many miles your tires on your F6B have lasted, and why you only get 10K

I must agree with SpeeyWho on this. I am very close to 10k miles on mine now, and my tires still look good. The front looks great, and the rear is showing some wear in the center, but that is expected.

I predict that I will take these off somewhere in the 14k to 15k miles range.

While I love the very good handling of the 'stones...there is a 93.14159 % chance that I will be installing Dunlops next, for the higher mileage aspect. I can generally pull 17k to 20k out of a set of 'lops...and like SpeedyWho, I do NOT ride conservatively.
