If I had all of the money I spent on RC between 1989-2007 I could have bought 3 F6Bs. I did giant scale for years and was a regular at Joe Nall. Dang expensive hobby

It's only money and you can't take it with you.My kid knows I plan to die broke-LOL.I have been flying large scale Aerobatic style planes for 25 years and just started flying EDF (Electric ducted fan) jets.Looking to get a turbine jet built next year at about 6K for a toy jet.But I love it and that justifys the $'s spent.My Stinger 90mm EDF below.Attachment 9537

A warmed over, by previous owner 350/350, last drove it in '10, to many toys, hope to fall in love w/it over the winter or may use it to finance a bagged dually project.

How's the wind protection on that thing? What about heat issues? Love the color combo.

The wind protection with that very short shield was inadequate for me (6' tall), so I purchased a KlockWerkz Flare for it like I did for the F6B, and that works much better !!!!

No heat issues, it gives off nothing compared to my H-D Ultra that I sold...
