    Seat

Ok so I do not have a Honda repair manual (yet) so excuse my ignorance. I plan to pop the cable from one saddlebag so it doesn't lock, and I guess that means seat removal. From what I can tell to remove the seat from the Deluxe you need to first remove the passenger backrest mount plate, pull the 4 bolts for the grab handles and remove, and finally remove the two bolts at the rear seat mounts, slide the seat reward and remove.... is that correct?

Have you considered the key option? That way you can lock the bag(s) when you need to. Here is a link, but you will need a longer reach knob than what is shown in demo. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature...&v=CUJ48PtQgik

YW, actually I'm in the process of making one up for the glove box already, BUT I want the saddlebag on the right side unlocked all the time. I keep my rain gear on the right and I don't want to be fumbling around if I need it on in a hurry. Thanks for the suggestion though....
