Classification of the F6B by Motorcycle Consumer News

Motorcycle Consumer News, one of, if not the only, unbiased motorcycle magazine (no advertising), published in its January 2015 edition its annual overview of all the motorcycles it has ever tested.

Of the 530 models listed and tested over the years, the F6B is the only motorcycle to have its own unique category.
It was classified as a "Heavyweight Tourer". What we consider the F6B's competition were all classified as Heavyweight Cruisers. The GL1800's were all Luxury Tourers.

No other motorcycle, from any other manufacturer, was called a heavyweight tourer.

I know mine is a Heavyweight Tourer because it hauls around a Heavyweight tourer-ME!No matter what any one calls her I think it is the coolest best performing platform around.
