When I was stationed in Taiwan, I would routinely see families on a tiny scoot. Dad driving with child in front of him. Wife behind - sitting side saddle no less with an infant in her arms. Then having a few cases of Coca Cola strapped on. And....when I was there they did'nt have many traffic lights at intersections...you used your horn to communicate and hoped like hell the other drivers were alert.
It was a double date...
