Meguires Scratch X will take care of the scratches. The paint on the older F6B's is pretty soft. You will never get rid of the scratches. Black paint is noted for fine scratches.

To the OP Meguiars Ultimate Compound will remove all your scratches and swirls. It is a ultra fine compound made for hand use. It cuts fast and you will swear that you don't need wax when you're done. It will not remove a lot of paint so don't worry about rubbing all your paint off. Use a microfiber cloth to apply and remove. Apply in a circular motion.

Turtle black works really well too. They have it as a spray bottle amd I use it in between washes. Keeps the paint nice.
