I'm looking for a rating for that stuff on the Scoville, the one I have is 550,000.

As far as a pepper I'm reading the "Ghost Pepper" is between 855,000 - 1,041,427 while the reaper is 1,569,300 - 2,200,000.
As far as hot sauce Blair's makes a "Blair's 16 million" which is rated at 16,000,000 on the Scoville, which is pure capsaicin, which means by the time I'm done I'll be talking through a hole in my throat.

From what my uncle told me, being a WWII sailor in the Pacific, Aussies never back down from a challenge.

Tax sorry bottle has no scovile rating.
I do like the heat but also enjoy the flavor of some sauces.
The Ghost sauce is decently hot with great flavor.
So far my favorite is the volcano dust / reaper.
Don't like sauces that taste like chemical.
